Robi subscribers will get service from A2i Digital Center
Customers of Robi will get the opportunity to receive customer service from more than 5,295 digital centers across the country. The project was started initially by training of 200 entrepreneurs on Jan 17 in Chittagong port city. Robi is implementing the initiative of government Access to Information (A2I).
Initially, the new SIM registration will be available at the centers, Robi, MNP, utility bill payment, biditiks, BDAPS, Robi Ten Minute School's teaching content and Robi Cash will get the services. There are plans to provide full customer service across the country by adding other services in the future.
Robi's Cluster Market Director Mohammad Mehedi Hasan detailed the details of the trainees (2000 Dc entrepreneurs) about how business progress can be made by providing Robi services due to huge demand; Media, Communication and Sustainability Vice President Ikram Kabir and Eighty-e-Specialty Specialist Mohammad Ashraful Amin Regional manager of Robi in Chittagong. Ashraful Kabir was also present.
Ronald Rony, manager of Robi's Alternational Channel, and M-Money Manager, Md. Firoz Kabir and Specialist Md. Ziaul Islam Titas conducts a day-long training program.
